The plain evil updated Metal X takes all the top features of our original model guitar, such as its wicked shape and roaring sound, but enhances the playing experience meaning you can really rock out! The body has a superior finish, giving your guitar a deeper, sophisticated look you'd expect from a guitar made by a much more highly regarded brand.
Great playability comes from the comfortable, slender shallow contour neck, while the basswood body provides sustain and full tone whilst remaining surprisingly lightweight and comfortable. The gentle side body curve also makes sitting to play this guitar a breeze - great for long practice sessions!
The combination of one open coil and one closed high output humbucking pickup provide a full tone, and respond to the distortion you need for modern rock and metal without becoming muffled.
